A finger up the nose is Ray’s meditation position. I have seen him do that in front of a crowd.
Not to be too cynical, but Ray sided with the Dems on this issue ONLY to show he is NOT misogynistic. HA!!! If he thinks this thin veil of female support wipes out all the other legislation he has supported that clearly removed a woman’s right to her own body, her health and her ability to make an informed decision, he is woefully mistaken.
