Tina Peters is back begging people for money, this time on a Christian crowdfunding website

Tina’s new crowdfunding campaign on GiveSendGo, which has become a favorite fundraising site for far-right extremist groups like QAnon, the Proud Boys and anti-vaccine groups, which have been banned from GoFund Me.

Former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters is at it again, begging people to send her money while she awaits trials in March on obstruction charges (for recording in a courtroom and kicking a cop) and on multiple felony charges related to her election tampering.

Now Tina is using a free Christian crowdfunding website called GiveSendGo.com, that was originally created with the idea of helping religious people raise money for missions. GiveSendGo’s website says the “reason we started GiveSendGo” was “to share the Hope of Jesus through crowdfunding with everyone who comes to our platform.”

The go-to fundraising site for far right extremists who have been banned by GoFundMe

Wikipedia says GiveSendGo “was founded in 2014 as a response to GoFundMe removing controversial campaigns,” and as a result the site has developed a reputation of hosting fundraising campaigns for far right extremist groups like the Proud Boys, QAnon supporters and anti-vaccine groups. DiscoverCard blocked transactions to GiveSendGo after the site raised over $250,000 for Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse. PayPal suspended payments to the site after it had been used to fund the January 6 attackers on the U.S. Capitol.

Tina is calling her fundraising campaign “Join Tina’s Fight to Save America,” and she posted a link to the trailer of her Lindell-funded election-denier movie “Selection Code.” For the description of her campaign she wrote:

“Tina has continued to be inundated with lawfare and personal attacks costing her savings in an effort to wake people up to see the dangers of forces that want to take our very liberties. As of January 10, 2023, with the end of her elected position and salary, she is needing funding to continue to support her work educating, sounding the alarm and empowering others to take up the fight to save our country.”

What Tina really needs is lots of money to pay the high-dollar lawyers who are defending her against her long slate of civil and criminal charges.

Peters’ term as Mesa County Clerk finally ended on January 10, when Bobbie Gross was sworn in as her replacement.

So far, Tina’s latest campaign has raised $236 from three donors.

There is also button on the site that allows you to pray for her, which is free.

So far Tina has zero prayers, but she needs some because her trials are coming up fast.

Tina’s first trial, on her obstruction charges (for recording a court proceeding on an IPad and kicking a cop) is March 1-2, starting at 8:30 a.m. in the Mesa County Courthouse, Courtroom 2.

Her second trial, on felony election tampering charges, is scheduled for March 6-14 in the Mesa County Courthouse in Courtroom 9.

She also has a status conference for violating a protection order against Brandi Bantz, her former colleague in the Elections Office, whom Tina has called “Wayne Williams’ love child.”

  1. I was taught that God was aware of every sparrow that falls. In light of this fact, I have to wonder if He/She/They knows about Tina’s grifting in Their name.

  2. “So far, Tina’s latest campaign has raised $236 from three donors”

How clever. They each donated a dollar per IQ point.
