This 53-second cell phone video was taken by Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent who shot and killed Renee Nicole Good. It was first obtained and posted by the Minnesota-based news outlet Alpha News on January 9. It shows the first person perspective of the interaction between Good and Ross in the seconds before he murdered her.
In stopped car, with her black Labrador retriever in the back seat, Good leans out the window to speak to Ross as he walks by her car. She smiles and says cheerfully, “That’s fine, Dude. I’m not mad at you.”
The final words Ross utters in the video after shooting Good are “Fucking bitch.”
Vice President JD Vance posted the clip several times on social media and said, “Many of you have been told this law enforcement officer wasn’t hit by a car, wasn’t being harassed, and murdered an innocent woman. The reality is that his life was endangered and he fired in self defense.”

We aren’t legally allowed to use a cellphone while driving…. So it seems like you reeeaaally shouldn’t be allowed to operate a gun at the same time as using a cell phone, something about distractions…. All gun training I’ve seen includes controlling your weapon, with 2 hands, which would also suggest not having a cell phone in one of those hands.
ICE has no restraint and the fact that he shot and killed her as she was turning to drive away is shocking and disgusting. To call her a “fucking bitch” after he murdered her is beyond disturbing. Where is the restraint and de-escalation from the ICE agent? Then the administration immediately defends the agent and labels Good as a domestic terrorist? I hope Minnesota prosecutes the agent. I hope the agent and administration burn in hell!
