The “salacious” Epstein document major news outlets won’t discuss & that has now disappeared from the DOJ’s Epstein Library (Warning: disturbing content)

The following 6 page document (pdf) was posted to the U.S. Department of Justice’s online Epstein Files Library on Friday, January 30, 2026, but was removed from the site shortly after. A search for it now reveals that no such document exists on the site. The Bates Numbers of the document (identification numbers stamped on the lower left corner of each page) are:

  • EFTA01660679 (page 1)
  • EFTA01660680 (page 2)
  • EFTA01660681 (page 3)
  • EFTA01660682 (page 4)
  • EFTA01660683 (page 5)
  • EFTA01660684 (page 6)

A search for the document by Bates Number now returns the response: “No results found. Please try a different search.”

What we know about this document:

Last August (2025) FBI officials compiled a spreadsheet of tips that apparently came through the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) located in Clarksburg, West Virginia, a public-facing central tip line that members of the public can use to communicate information to the FBI.  The spreadsheet summarizes about a dozen tips that included allegations of sexual abuse by Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.

Following are images of all six pages of the document.

Please note: This document includes deeply disturbing content and currently uncorroborated allegations:

  1. And all the while our own Jeffrey Hurdstein still backs Trump and his BS. Hurd needs to be ridden out of here on a rail!

  2. These may be FBI documents from the first stages of an investigation—some seem to have come from the National Threat Operations Center, a strange source for this information. Hard to tell much. The sheer quantity of allegations probably means some is true, but unclear if FBI didn’t want to follow up, couldn’t follow up, or what. It may have been compiled to assess what had to be buried about Trump and other famous people, but the sheer incompetence of DOJ let it be released. One appears to be about the woman who sued Trump in 2016 alleging civil rights violations because he committed statutory rape, but even that is unclear. I have had to sort out claims and allegations all my life and this is very raw and incomplete—does it seem possible Robin Leach murdered a girl by strangling at a party? How would we not have heard about it considering witnesses present and the sheer insanity of the allegation? Is this any different from conspiracy theories from the ultra right? I have no doubt Trump has done some awful things with girls, but we need better info. Not only do these claims need to be investigated, but also what happened to them, whether in 2025 or before.
