A complaint phoned into to FBI in the Epstein files (identifier Bates No. EFTA00129126)(pdf) dated 11/23/2016 memorializes a call made to the FBI’s Public Access line on July 4, 2016 from a Princeton, New Jersey attorney named Thomas Meagher to report “the sexual exploitation and rape of a minor in New York City, NY.” The document states the attorney “contacted the Public Access Line unit to report the sexual exploitation and rape of a minor child of 13 years of age by Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, case no. [REDACTED].” The assaults allegedly occurred between June 1, 1994 and August 1, 1994.
The document says,
“Meagher stated that his client, Jane Doe, was enticed to cross state lines to visit with Epstein and Trump to perform sexual acts on both adult men at special parties hosted by Epstein.”
You can remain anonymous when submitting a tip to the FBI, but the attorney identified himself, bolstering the veracity of the complaint. An attorney in particular would know the price for making a false statement to the FBI is steep. People who intentionally lie to the FBI can face up to 5 years in prison. Thomas Meagher was then, and still is a partner in his law firm, so the stakes for making a false report to the FBI were exceptionally high.
Meagher represented “Jane Doe,” also known by the pseudonym “Katie Johnson,” who filed a civil lawsuit against Trump and Epstein in 2016 that was pulled before it could go to court. Doe wanted to remain anonymous due to threats against her and her family, and ultimately dropped her effort to sue Trump and Epstein because of the threats, although she tried three times to file it.
Another interesting fact about this complaint (and Doe’s 2016 lawsuit) is that it states there was a witness to all four instances of sexual assault on Jane Doe at parties involving Trump and Epstein. The witness, identified as “Tiffany Doe,” said she was employed by Epstein and that her “job was to recruit young girls to attend Epstein’s parties with the knowledge they would be coerced into sexual activities.” The complaint states “Tiffany was regretful of what happened to Doe.”
The description of the instances of assault in the complaint were detailed [WARNING: Explicit content.]:

It is extremely rare to have a third party witness to a rape or sexual assault (SA), let alone to four different sexual assaults involving the same people.
A sworn affidavit from Tiffany Doe was included the lawsuit Katie Johnson filed against Trump and Epstein on June 20, 2016, in which Tiffany stated that she gave her account as a witness truthfully “even though I fully understand that the life of myself and my family is now in grave danger.”
“I am coming forward to swear to the truthfulness of the physical and sexual abuse that I personally witnessed of minor females at the hands of Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein, including the Plaintiff, during the time of my employment from the years of 1990-2000 for Mr. Epstein. I swear to these facts under penalty of perjury even though I fully understand that the life of myself and my family is now in grave danger. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.”

Jane Does’ allegations were apparently credible enough that the attorney felt compelled to report these detailed allegations of sexual assault by these high profile individuals to the FBI.

This story has been circulating for years. The victim filed several federal court cases, the first in Cal., the other two in NY. Given that at the time she believed the statute of limitations had expired, she filed the first case as civil rights, not statutory rape. Extensions of the statute of limitations in NY may have allowed her to file again. There was a video with her face partially obscured taken in the teens of a woman, apparently in her late 20’s or 30’s, blond hair, who said he was the woman who sued Trump. I believe she told her story in the video. Somehow her name got out and she claimed to have been threatened. After that the 3rd lawsuit was withdrawn. This reminds me of how a porn star (real name, Stephanie Clifford) who claimed Trump had sex with her and then told her story a few years later, said she had been approached by men in parking lot (that means they had been following her) who threatened her and her young daughter if she continued to tell her story about Trump. Clifford was later sued by Trump and apparently owes him quite a lot of money from that suit. The childhood victim has not been heard of since 2016 I believe. The media continues tom ignore this story, but it occasionally is mentioned on cable news in passing. The Epstein Files are Trump’s greatest danger and seem to require he start a war to divert attention.
