This document, #EFTA01245100, is a tip submitted on 7/7/2020 to the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center (NTOC). This one was submitted through the FBI’s tip website and it appears to be the source document for one of the tips outlined briefly in the spreadsheet of “salacious” tips compiled by the FBI in the summer of 2025, that was published on this site of Feb. 3, 2026.
