Caroline Kennedy, daughter of John F. Kennedy, niece of Robert F. Kennedy, Sr. and cousin of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., recorded this video of herself reading a scathing letter she sent to all U.S. Senators warning them that her cousin, RFK, Jr., who was nominated to head the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), is not just completely unqualified for the position, but that he has personality traits that are extremely disturbing and worrisome.
She says RFK, Jr. “lacks any relevant government, financial, management or medical experience,” and that “his views on vaccines are dangerous and willfully misinformed.” She says, “These facts alone should be disqualifying, but he has personal qualities related to this job which for me pose an even greater concern.” She then discusses how his drug addiction and behaviors negatively impacted her family, his tendency to show off and “how he put baby chickens and mice in a blender to feed to his hawks.” She says RFK, Jr. went on to “misrepresent, lie and cheat his way through life,” that “he’s addicted to attention and power” and “preys on the desperation of parents of sick children, vaccinating his own kids while building a following [by] hypocritically discouraging other parents from vaccinating theirs.”
There is much more information about RFK, Jr. in this riveting 6 minute long video that Americans, and especially elected officials, should hear before the confirmation hearings on RFK, Jr. this week.
Caroline Kennedy posted this video on her Twitter/X account.
Nominees to president Musk, or president Trump’s cabinet share several characteristics: loyalty, indeed sycophancy, and predatory behavior. Think of termite bots beholden to the biggest, richest narcissist(s) around. Republican Party, redeem yourself by saying “Sir, no Sir.”
Wow, you sure can write! But it all seems like drivel to me. Objectively, I don’t see common characteristics in the cabinet. Rubio is doing quite well. I have been a Democrat to date. And I said no, sir, no to Trump. But you represent a far worse cancer in our society. We are Americans, and Trump is our President… like it or not. Grow up, look at the condition of the world, and get over your butt hurt.
He’s President, not Emperor, and we’re allowed to disagree with his actions, speak out against those actions, and refuse to comply with them if they’re unconstitutional.
So, if you’re been a “Democrat to date”, what made you say, “no, sir, no*” to Trump?
btw, it’s “Sir, no sir”.
Yes sir yes, Seamun. Speak out against whomever you wish. I don’t consider Trump an emperor, and I welcome others opinions.
Beyond that, I will answer your question. I supported Harris because I was worried that Trump would not support Ukraine. I am also concerned about long term balance in the Supreme Court. To me, all other things are secondary because they do not affect myself and my family directly. Following European politics has given me a skeptical view of our future. If we go to an active WW3 as a result of Russian appeasement, then that is out of my control. Still, it breaks my heart to see America divide and fall out of partisan bickering. Trump is bad sure, but try not to trump him.
Hmmm,,, ok, l will just leave my comment at that.
I’m getting the sense you’re disconnected from a lot of the issues we’re talking about.
Like, geographically.
Amazing, and she said nothing when another Uncle left a drowning young woman to die and didn’t notify authorities! RFK went against the Democratic family and it doesn’t make them happy! Where has Caroline been all these years, if he was so bad, why didn’t she come forward before now?
Because before now, no one thought any politician would be stupid enough to give BrainWorm von BearKiller a real position.
He wasn’t up for a cabinet post before now.
Caroline Kennedy was born in 1957.
Chappaquiddick happened in 1969.
Since you’re an RFK supporter, I’ll help you with the math; Caroline Kennedy was twelve years old when her uncle left that woman to die.
What is wrong with you?
Great argument!
You may want to consider laying off the sauce.
😉
Your fellow “owner of a brain stem like a used pipe cleaner” is asking why Caroline Kennedy “said nothing when another Uncle left a drowning young woman to die and didn’t notify authorities”. She was 12 at the time. That may be an adult to you, but normal people don’t think that way.
Is that clearer, or would you just like to whine some more?
Far be it from me to pretend to be a mind reader like you habitually do…but I’m pretty sure the commenter was referring to the fact that Teddy drove the car into the pond and did nothing to try to save Mary Joe and “didn’t notify the authorities”.
To say nothing of the fact that Carolyn actually had the audacity to say in her statement that her uncle teddy would be “disgusted” by RFK jr.
Yes, and your fellow shrieking nutball asked why Caroline didn’t excoriate Teddy for that cowardly act.
When Caroline was twelve.
You keep trying deflect from that.
Grammy6, in 1969, when the Chappaquiddick accident involving her uncle, Ted Kennedy, happened, Caroline Kennedy was just 12 years old. Watch the video to hear her explanation of why she hasn’t come forward with public statements regarding her family before now.
Any Kennedy is wise to keep his/her mouth shut about his/her family except at award ceremonies where no embarrassing questions will come up.
Those people make Donald Trump look like a saint.
In your mind, perhaps; where Trump is somehow, inexplicably, something other than he is.
I can only agree with Badhat. TO be sure, I agree with most of his logic.
As I read it, Grammy6 did not claim that Caroline had direct knowledge of Kennedy’s involvement with Chappaquiddick in 1969. Perhaps over time, she formed an opinion and chose to announce it recently. It really is not refuted because of her age at the time.
Badhat said it best. Lay off the sauce.
Why do I get that funny feeling that I have taken the bait?
Caroline was about 11 years old in 1969 so was hardly in a position to speak about her Uncle.
Thank you, Caroline Kennedy Schlosberg
