A crowd of about 350 people turned out at noon today to loudly protest the ongoing coup of the federal government by convicted felon, adjudicated sexual abuser and President Donald Trump and his unelected provocateur Elon Musk, the richest billionaire on Earth who purchased the ability to use Trump’s presidency for himself with a $250 million donation to Trump’s presidential campaign. Trump and Musk have been in almost continuous violation of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. laws since Trump was inaugurated January 20. The two have been working together quickly to destroy entire federal agencies that Americans rely on for essential services, that help starving and sick people and that distribute foreign aid, and they’ve been working to hobble the federal government’s ability to keep U.S. citizens safe in the air, safe from financial fraud and grift, and safe from attacks on U.S. soil.
Musk is also now working to seize Americans’ private tax information from the IRS, their bank account and financial information, social security numbers, dates of birth, and other personal information. Musk has already engaged in a huge data breach at the U.S. Treasury in which he accessed Americans’ private data there as well.
The impact of the coup is being felt here in Grand Junction as people who have long held federal jobs are being forced out of their employment without cause by Trump/Musk in their effort to destroy the U.S. federal government from within. People in the crowd related their high levels of worry, anxiety and difficulty sleeping out of concern over America’s descent into authoritarianism under Trump and Musk.

Also, I love that people go out of their way to come to your blog, even though they know what it’s going to be about and then still push their red and hateful ways. There were a lot of people there and a lot of great signs. I particularly liked the one that said “You can’t spell Felon without Elon.” Lots of positive response in the form of honks and waives from passing cars too.
Well it’s no mystery why no politician in his/her right mind would try to reduce government waste. The childish/completely brainwashed populace goes nuts.
I particularly love the two chicks who felt entitled to a federal job FOR LIFE.
If Trump/Musk’s actual goal was to reduce fraud and waste, they would have kept the Investigators General & hired more of them, because their jobs were rooting out the waste fraud and abuse in government. The mass firings happening now have nothing to do with reducing fraud and waste. They are indiscriminate and political. That’s why TrumpMusk fired hundreds of skilled employees who guard our nuclear arsenal and clean up the Hanford Nuclear Waste facility, and then scrambled to try to rehire them after they realized the dangerous mistake they made. These firings are part of Trump’s promise to gain retribution against the federal government. This is a purely authoritarian move by Trump to remove all checks on his corruption.
Somehow those genius IGs have allowed millions in waste and abuse and have done nothing…largely because their investigations have no teeth, no standing and come out too late, in obscurity. Government abhors change.

It is interesting that people like you and your fans don’t applaud this investigation. Surely you know Musk can’t *do* anything without authorization but you want to make it appear as if he is going to tear down the house.

That organization, 50501, is cashing in on Democrat outrage, as well. It will be interesting to see how/ if they grow and how much money they bring in.
And it will also be interesting to see how far Trump’s popularity will take him. He needs to do more than just talk. I like most of the folks on his team…smart. And they are well aware of all the tricks democrats pull.
$250 million bought Musk a co-presidency, and he’s destroying our government and pushing the U.S. into an authoritarian regime/oligarchy with full authorization.
So, far, all Musk has done is made claims about all the fraud and waste he’s found, with no real data to back it up. But, there’s nothing he or his pet could offer that you won’t swallow. The rest of us would like to see something that could be…I dunno…verified, maybe.
Again, since you’re obsessed with convincing people how cool Trump is;
He didn’t even win the majority of the popular vote; and before you start caterwauling again, neither did Harris. But while a win is still a win, don’t pretend he hasn’t angered a whole lot of people who sat the election out. A man who calls himself a King isn’t paying much attention to the villagers.
