This isn’t normal: Trump’s onslaught of unhinged AI videos force Americans to tolerate the intolerable

In response to the millions of people who exercised their right to free speech by participating in the peaceful No Kings 2.0 protests held across the country October 18, 2025 to protest Trump’s  authoritarian administration, Trump posted a bizarre AI video showing himself as a king flying a fighter jet and dumping feces on Americans gathered to protest him in Times Square, New York. Trump also posted a second AI video on October 18, showing himself as a king with a sword and a robe and left-wing figures including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi bowing before him.

First, let’s say what the mainstream media has not said enough about this post:

  • It totally degrades the dignity of the office of the President of the United States.
  • It is NOT the behavior of a President of the United States who is in his right mind.
  • It shows Trump has the mentality of a 14 year old, which poses a threat to the entire country.
  • A sitting President depicting himself as attacking his opponents with feces can be construed as encouraging real-world aggression and violence.
  • It’s bullying.
  • It disparages the legitimate views and deeply-held worry held by at least half the country about the destruction of democracy and the authoritarian direction in which Trump is pushing the country.
  • It’s an extreme embarrassment to the entire United States, domestically and internationally.
  • It encourages Trump supporters, many of whom are already known to be violent, to engage in more displays of hostility against others.
  • It dehumanizes opponents.
  • It generates anger and amplifies political divisions rather than working to reduce them.
Kenny Loggins has proven more presidential than the current occupant of what’s left of the White House.

Forget for a minute that Trump, himself a convicted criminal, used the song “Danger Zone” by Kenny Loggins in the video without permission, willfully infringing on Loggins’ copyright on the song, which is potentially a criminal offense. Forget that in the video, Trump intentionally depicted liberal content creator Harry Sisson as one of the demonstrators that he dumps sh*t on, a portrayal that could put a target on Sisson’s back in real life.

Imagine that some other president had done this, particularly a Democrat. Republicans would completely freak out. The mainstream media would go nuts. The fact that a sitting president posted such videos would stay front page news for weeks and howls for the president’s resignation would emanate from every corner of the U.S.

But because Trump did it, there’s barely a peep about it.

Prominent Republicans brush it off as “Trump being Trump.” Even Republican Speaker of the House Mike Johnson excused Trump’s behavior by saying Trump is merely “using satire to make a point.” Johnson then set the bar so low — so low it’s below sea level — for his entire party by saying at least Trump “is not calling for the murder of his political opponents.” Meanwhile, Trump pardoned the violent January 6 rioters after they threatened to kill elected officials.

How’s that for hypocrisy?

Trump’s posting in such AI videos is to get Americans accustomed to tolerating the intolerable from Trump.

So if we let this pass without saying how bad it is, we are tolerating it. And we can’t. We just can’t.

Republicans’ hypocrisy is deafening.

The presidency is a serious office , our country is not a toy and the future of our nation is not a joke.

It’s disgusting and embarrassing that a sitting president of the United States would do this, and it’s the opposite of “making America great.” Instead, it turns America into the stupidest country on Earth.

  1. The current White House resident’s forwarding an AI meme of him blurting feces onto a person who displeases him is, indeed, juvenile.
It reminds me of a biography of DJT. This account describes the infant future President spotting Sister Flavia, working night shift in the newborn nursery at Our Lady of Queens, in NYC.
Little DJT has palmed the solid contents of his cotton diaper. He drops it in Sister’s path, causing a slip-and-fall.
The day-old malefactor erupts in peals of laughter, elated at having harmed another person.
