Convicted felon/sexual abuser/President Trump just unendorsed CD-3 Republican Jeff Hurd on his Truth Social account in favor of the lesser-known but even Trumpier Republican Hope Scheppelman, who is running against Hurd in the Colorado primary election this June. Scheppelman is a former vice chair of the Colorado Republican Party.
A Trump endorsement may not carry the weight it used to among Republicans in the wake of Trump’s frequent and vulgar displays of explicit racism, and his recent childish and deeply disturbing response to the Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision striking down his tariffs. Trump’s economic policies have also been chaotic and detrimental to business and agriculture in the U.S., and his domestic policies of attacking immigrants have been deeply unpopular and caused the deaths of Americans at the hands of federal agents, so far with no accountability. Trump has also been implicated in unspeakable acts of depravity and cruelty towards children in the Epstein files. Trump has also perverted the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), to the point where it no longer acts to protect Americans but instead has been acting more like Trump’s own personal law firm, protecting Trump and his wealthy friends instead. Trump’s DOJ has also failed completely to protect Epstein’s victims and appears to be acting instead to shield from accountability the wealthy perpetrators who, according to the recently-released Epstein files, allegedly participated in Epstein’s pedophilic activities,

That’s so curious, because if Hurd loses to the person Trump is endorsing, the Democrats will almost certainly win that seat, helping the Democrats get control of the House. Strange thing for aGOP president to do to his party.

Anytime trump pulls an endorsement, I have a lot more respect for that candidate, since trump’s opinion is worthless and based on his own corruption, dishonesty, and totally self-serving purposes.
Can we make an assumption that Trump’s unendorsement of Hurd can work to Alex Kelloff’s advantage?
