The House Judiciary Committee issued a report (pdf) on October 26, 2026 titled “We Have Certain Things in Common, Jeffrey: The Case Against Donald Trump Emerging in the Epstein Files and DOJ’s Desperate Efforts to Cover it Up.” The 50-page report relies on unredacted versions of documents in the Epstein Library and “new, never-before-released whistleblower testimony” that “reveals the full scope and brazenness of Trump’s lies.”
Only individual members of Congress are permitted to view the unredacted versions of Epstein documents; not even Congressional staffers are allowed to view them.
The report (pdf), put together by the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee, describes the growing body of evidence linking Donald Trump to his longtime pedophile friend Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking and abuse of girls in the 1990s. The report says Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have been carrying out a cover-up to protect Trump by shutting down investigations, heavily redacting some documents, completely withholding others and taking steps to discourage witnesses from disclosing key information that could implicate Trump in Epstein’s activities.
Trump has repeatedly claimed the Epstein files “totally exonerate” him, but the Judiciary Committee says the evidence they’ve found “could not be less exonerating” of Trump. The Committee reports that 11 women have linked Donald Trump directly to Jeffrey Epstein and his illicit activities. Five of the 11 women directly linked Trump to rape and sexual assault in Epstein’s presence:
“Five women have directly accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s company or presence. Three others describe encounters in which Epstein or Maxwell appeared to offer women to Trump or indicate that Trump was ‘in’ on Epstein’s abuse. Their accounts and stories, when told together, paint an unmistakable picture of a conspiracy to abuse and traffic women.”
The other women “clearly linked Donald Trump to Jeffrey Epstein and the whole network they had of human trafficking and getting girls and young women involved in their social network for the purposes of sexual predation,” according to Rep. Jamie Raskin (video), Ranking Member on the House Judiciary Committee.
The executive summary says,
“Above all, the actual evidence we have seen — as shared in the accounts and stories of 11 women, each described below — indicates that Trump abused, assaulted, and even raped numerous women alongside, and in coordination with, the most infamous sex trafficker in history.”
The report concludes Trump has lied many times about his relationship with Epstein:
“The reports’ core allegation, based on accounts of survivors of the abuse, is that Trump was an active participant in Epstein’s sexual exploitation of girls and young women in the mid-to-late 1990s, and it describes how Epstein and Trump used unregulated modeling and talent agencies in New York City as pipelines for recruitment and exploitation of girls.”

The 50-page narrative describes how Trump, Epstein and other modeling executives, including John Casablancas of Elite Model Management and Paolo Zampolli, operated in the 1990s New York modeling and pageant scene and used the modeling agencies and beauty pageants they owned to recruit and traffic young women and lure foreign models to the U.S. under the guise of pageants and modeling opportunities, like Trump’s “Look of the Year” and “American Dream” pageants.
The report concludes that the eyewitness testimonies, corroborating documents and timelines of activities they have collected together provide “more than sufficient evidence” to open a full criminal investigation into Trump’s involvement in Epstein’s trafficking ring, and that Trump’s exposure to such activities poses significant risks to national security and the rule of law.
Everyone can, and should read the report to see what the U.S. President allegedly has done. You can read it online here.
