Peters says she’ll appeal her conviction, says the prosecution “excluded exculpatory evidence”

Tina on Bannon’s War Room the morning after a Mesa County jury convicted her of 4 felonies and 3 misdemeanor counts related to her election tampering case.

In a 15-minute video posted on Bannon’s War Room on Rumble.com at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 13, 2024 — the day after a jury found her guilty on four felony and three misdemeanor counts in her criminal election machine tampering case in Mesa County Court — Tina Peters is claiming the prosecution in her case “excluded exculpatory evidence” and says her lawyers are filing an appeal of her conviction. She says “Withholding exculpatory evidence is a crime.”

Tina says that “Dominion, the Secretary of State, AG Merrick Garland, 71 countries have been influenced by faulty election machines” and “that’s why they they have to come after an almost 70 year-old clerk in a small town called Mesa County.” She says “I was prevented from a defense” and “there is info that will exonerate me,” although she says at 14:19 in the video that the information she cites that she says will exonerate her is in Patrick Byrne’s federal case in Washington, D.C., and she adds that “I haven’t seen any of it, but I’m assured that it’s there.”

She says she is free now until her sentencing on October 3, but she’s not sure how long her freedom will last because “I’m a big threat to them. There were things that were done in this trial that…was just atrocious.”

Tina adds that “Until they either kill me or put me in prison, I’m going to keep speaking out about the injustice about what’s going on in these big multinational global corporations that have these vote-flipping software, that is basically, in Serbia, we’ve already shown that people I’m accused of influencing, there’s emails between them and Serbia and Serbian Dominion employees. So it’s a bigger deal the people realize.”

She says “This was a miscarriage of justice,” “the trial was a travesty,” and she urges people to “reach out to Elon Musk.”

  1. Peters was found not guilty on the three felonies that involved Gerald Wood, the prosecution witness, because she was able to show he lied on the stand…so her promise to keep fighting is somewhat well founded.

    • Bhh, I do not think that’s how appeals work. (Just like, re: your comments from last week, it’s not how hung juries work.) If she had exculpatory evidence, or any evidence, her Great Value Lawyers surely would have brought it. In fact, most of your comments, remarks, and predictions have been wildly inaccurate. But what do I know? I’m not a lawyer. Perhaps you are?

    • Well what happened to your “hung jury” prognostication? Guess it fell just a flat as all your crackerjack legal interpretation. Can’t say am surprised to see you slink back here so soon to push a new, baseless narrative she somehow proved something to warrant an appeal. That was simply not the case and all that happened was there reasonable doubt by the jurors that Tina herself was directly responsible for the impersonation of Wood; which Bishop admitted she was actually the conspiring ring-leader of. So after repeatedly lying on the stand and clearly contradicting evidence as well as her own prior testimony, I sincerely doubt Sherrona is going to to slink back to her hidey-hole in Texas without wondering if every door knock is long arm of the law. But go on, keep peddling these sad theories…they’re good for a laugh from the rest of us here in reality that see 7 convictions as putting Tina squarely behind bars for a long time. As much like you, its great to see Tina is still in denial and running her mouth on that fellow con artist Bannon’s podcast with exactly the kind of recklessness disregard to earn her a harsher sentence. If only desperate blog trolls were culpable to their truth..

  2. Whatever happened to Tina Peters for illegally filing a quit-claim deed to transfer ownership of her Ex-husband’s house to her name? I hope she didn’t get away with that one. I also hope she will at some point realize how much damage she’s done to other peoples lives. Just like her buddy, Janet Rowland, she leaves behind a long wake of damage.

    • Tina’s house-stealing case is still ongoing. It’s a civil case brought by her ex-husband’s sister. Tina’s ex-husband, Tom, died last Dec. 31 though, and after that Tina’s daughter, Cayce Peters, filed a motion to represent his estate. Tina fought Cayce’s motion, but the Court approved it. That essentially pits Tina against her daughter in the case.

  3. She is following the lead of her orange god but hopefully this will be met lawfully. S. Bishop needs her day in court as well. Set examples and precedent for upcoming desperateness of GOP in Nov. We know what to expect as it is made clearer each day. Agree to shelter her in local jail as she does seem to be a flight risk with her present rebuff.

  4. I thought that she was mandated to meet with the probation department officer to do her sentencing evaluation, maybe this posting could be sent to that office, as a public service, to show her lack of remorse, her lack of taking responsibility for her actions, and since she’s homeless, living in an RV, without a job, or connections to the community, she can be remanded into custody until her sentencing hearing in October.

    • I’m sure the D.A. knows all about her lack of remorse, contrition, etc. She’s been badmouthing the D.A., judge and everyone involved in her prosecution for 3 years. And I believe she is currently serving a sentence of 4 months home detention with an ankle bracelet, the sentence she was given in her obstruction case. That started the week of July 13, so it will likely continue until her sentencing. I also think the ankle monitoring bracelet is likely why she wore slacks to her trial every day.

  5. Wow, you have to give Tina credit: she is really committed to the bit. She will take her delusions and/or grift to the grave.

    • A year or so in Canon City will give her an attitude adjustment. She’s on the cusp of the find out phase of her fucking around. Hopefully, Sharonna Bishop will be indicted on the conspiracy charges, she so much deserves.

      • Can the media interview the feloniously talented Peters and her cohorts about how they view the current heartfelt haywire/livewire statement issued by the cognizantly tipsy candidate the R(s) are determined to coach and coddle as their prez candidate?
By now the world has heard, that he actually believes that the civilian Medal -o- Freedom is ‘much better’ than the military Medal of Honor ! …Ouch.
Do tell—trumpers, how you feel about this sorrowful comment that, as we know is one of several
he has made denigrating the miltary.
