Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) questions FBI Director Kashyap Patel about his policy change permitting participants in bestiality to be eligible for employment at the FBI

In a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) questioned Trump’s FBI Director Kashyap Patel over his decision to modify FBI hiring standards by removing participation in bestiality as an automatic disqualifier for FBI job applicants, a change Patel said was intended to avoid disqualifying victims.

Pate: “It [the previous policy disqualifying people who participated in bestiality] automatically disqualified any individual who participated in either side of it. Obviously, we are never going to hire the criminals…”

Sen. Kennedy: “The bestiality? So, you disqualified the animal? I’m trying to understand why you did this.”

  1. Low on Kash stipulated that the FBI would only consider for hire- victims -of beastility.
Since it has always been front and center that all national security hires must pass rigorous backgrd and mental health/stability evaluations, whether a victim or a willing participant-candidates w such associations have to be scarred and subsequently “unwell”.
How did this topic of hire even arise?? Is is already on a questionnaire?

  2. It was hysterical to watch but also sad that fbi can’t get any good applicants and that this level of discussion is what we are having in the midst of a failed war and destruction of the bill of rights
