GovTrack.us lists Rep. Boebert as a participant in Jan. 6th insurrection

Lauren Boebert identifies with the extremist right wing groups that carried out the insurrection at the Capitol on January 6, 2021

GovTrack.us is a free Congress-tracking website in operation since 2004 that aggregates information on the status of legislation, congressional voting records, and other facts and statistics from official government websites and then uses the latest technology to make the information more easily accessible. GovTrack takes the old legislative-tracking website Thomas, which expired in 2016, further by including biographical information on members of Congress, geographic information on their congressional districts, cost estimates from the Congressional Budget Office and more.

GovTrack now officially proclaims Boebert a Jan. 6 participant

GovTrack now displays a boxed statement near the top of its page about Colorado’s 3rd District House Representative, Lauren Boebert, that says she…

…”is among the Republican legislators who participated in the months-long attempted coup that included the January 6, 2021 insurrection at the Capitol. Many of these legislators were a part of a coordinated campaign by the Trump Administration to pressure the Vice President to exclude Democratic states from the electoral count rather than follow the Constitution’s procedure in which Congress may vote to exclude electors. On January 6, 2021 in the hours after the attack on the Capitol, Boebert voted to reject the state-certified election results of Arizona and/or Pennsylvania (states narrowly won by Democrats), which would have excluded them from the Electoral College count that determined the next President of the United States and potentially changed the outcome of the election. These legislators pumped the same lies and preposterous legal arguments about the election that motivated the insurrection at the Capitol.”

Boebert’s 1/6/21 tweet in support of Capitol rioters

On January 6, 2021, Boebert praised the “Stop the Steal” rioters outside the Capitol by tweeting “Today is 1776.” Organizers of the 1/6 Capitol attack have disclosed that they were in communication with Boebert’s office in the lead-up to the event. She also accepted a gift of a Glock pistol from a group of Three Percenters, one of the far right wing extremist groups that helped organize the Jan. 6th Capitol attack.

No activity on bills she’s introduced, no accomplishments in Congress

GovTrack lists Boebert’s recently introduced bills, none of which have any relationship to the accomplishments she fraudulently portrayed to constituents as being “Boebert Wins” in her March 22, 2022 blast email and official web post titled “Nine Legislative Priorities Signed into Law.” Boebert was claiming as her own the advances Democrats achieved for the American people after they approved the Omnibus spending bill of 2022, which Boebert had voted against.

GovTrack’s record of recent legislation Boebert has introduced

GovTrack reports that “most [of Boebert’s recently-introduced] legislation shows no activity after being introduced.”

  1. True the Vote Charlie Kirk Interview Part 1: A Ballot Laundering ‘Cartel’

True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht & Gregg Philips sat down with Charlie Kirk for an illuminating hour long interview detailing their ultra high-tech investigation into an “organized crime” ballot trafficking operation that swung the 2020 election for Joe Biden.

The drop box stuffing activity followed a consistent pattern, Gregg explained. Every operation involved “a set of collectors, a collection point or stash house for all the ballots, the bundling of those ballots, and then the casting of those ballots [in the drop boxes] by, what we were calling, ‘mules.’”

“And as we began put the pieces and parts together, it really did dawn on us: ‘Well, this sounds like what’s happening in Atlanta or in San Luis, Arizona’… This was a conspiracy, this was organized crime,” he emphasized.

Catherine describes the “fateful moment” when she turned to Gregg and asked, “How do we take down a cartel?”

“That’s when we began to use the terms like stash houses, and drop points, and mules, and trafficking, and voter abuse because that’s what we’re looking at,” she continued.

True the Vote spent $2 million to buy publicly available cell phone data that can pinpoint an individual’s location to within a few inches. They then narrowed their search to targets that began visiting drop boxes and NGO offices during the early voting weeks leading up to November 3rd, activity that was contrary to their prior “pattern of life.” In Georgia, the threshold was at least two dozen trips to drop boxes and five visits to a non-profit.

Catherine described their filtering logic, they wanted parameters that were “outside the norm, so aberrant that it would just stick out like a sore thumb in terms of a dataset… We wanted to have such clear margins, such clear lines that we finally settled on groups that were going [to the drop boxes] in Georgia an average of 23 times — so distinctive. And, as Gregg points out, they also had to go to the NGOs — so they had to meet both those criteria a certain number of times for us to really drill down and study.”

Through open records requests, True the Vote acquired and drop box surveillance video (when available), which helped them confirm the trafficking activity. They also evaluated chain of custody documents to identify what a typical day looked like at a given drop box. Those records showed normal ballot drop data punctuated by “spikes” in ballot receipts. This information helped them home in on specific dates and times buried in their 4 million minutes of footage.

“This is how money laundering works,” Charlie observed. “This is not just a one-off thing, this is not some Democrat activist that really wanted Trump gone and might have had a couple friends do this. This was a machine.”

“Which state was the worst offender?,” Charlie asked. “Pennsylvania,” Gregg said. “The worst in every way: 1,155 people met our criteria… in Philadelphia.”

“What’s even more insane,” Catherine said, “is watching the data, watching the pings come across the bridge in New Jersey and into Philly.” The traffickers actually crossed state lines to participate in the fraud. And it wasn’t just in Philadelphia. Two mules in Arizona made their way to Georgia for the runoffs. And a bartender in South Carolina came in to “help out” in Atlanta, Gregg added.

Even more disturbing, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSA) knew about the systematic ballot stuffing and did nothing. “We learned that there were off-duty law enforcement officers, paid for by the Republican Party, that reported all of this. And [the NRSA] just covered it up,” Gregg said.

    • Charlie Kirk and True the Vote? Talk about a brain trust, there.
If even the Republicans know your “investigation” is worthless, that might be a hint.

Keep beatin’ that dead horse, losers. The outcome will never change.

  3. Hopefully someday we will see the tapes from 1/6 and several days before on the Capital security cameras. We know Boebert was in the House later in the day and hopefully the photos of her outside are time stamped. Tracking her on 1/6 and also before showing people through the Capital is what is necessary so voters have a better idea what happened. I am sure the Justice Dept has access to her phone records and security camera footage, but maybe Garland doesn’t want to upset people and release it.

    • ***Warning***THIS COMMENT CONTAINS FALSE INFORMATION***

eyah , I hope so too! Then we can see the cops waving people inside the Capitol’s wide open doors ( we already saw the guy inside communicating with a security camera to get a remote-controlled magnetic lock opened. We can see the 100s of s-called ‘insurrectionists’ snapping selfies from between the unmolested velvet ropes. We can see the antifa & press lackies infiltrating & aggravating. We can see the FIB shills dismantling intentionally flimsy barricades to draw in a bunch of unaware civies. We can follow the same ukranians who were in the thick at both J6 @ DC, and the Maidan for the Clowns In Action’s coup over throwing a democratically elected Ukraine president.

this is getting funny , waking up normies & provoking the zealots spittle film on their poor poor monitor

  4. What is the author trying to accomplish?
We all know that she is being paid well to produce these talentless pieces full of lies.
Had she thought about the world she will be leaving for her children and grandchildren?
It i going to be an authoritarian total control where elections mean nothing, where wars are being waged around the world for american sodiers to die at. The world where young military age migrants invade the country and are subject to all benefits and are not subject to any laws. Where child sex traficcing is a norm (Ketanji Jackson will look after that)
The world where the government will be making decisions on who lives, who dies and what is injected into anyone.
People like the author and the ones singing in unison with her will be leaving behind a world full of horrors.
Oh…forgive me for assuming her pronouns. Either way her pronoun is StuPID
You are going to block this comment? Go right ahead.
You will have a chance to read it either way.

    • The author is trying to educate people about Boebert’s rank hypocrisy in taking credit for things she voted against. It’s not their fault if you don’t understand the big words.

As for sex offenses against children, you might want to ask Boebert about that; after all, her husband exposed himself to underage girls, and she decided that made him marriage material.

  5. So, she’s a traitor.
You think that matters to her brain-dead followers? They’ve abandoned truth, honor, patriotism, reason…even common decency, in the name of loyalty to Trump.
It’d be funny, if it weren’t so sad and pathetic.
